Online Booking
If you have an email in our system, but forgot your password (a combination of letters and numbers) or haven't received one yet, simply click on REQUEST NEW PASSCODE and we will send you an email with your new password (check your Spam or Junk folder as sometimes this email gets sent there).
New Patients please note: any information you input for the Online Booking is NOT part of your intake/patient form. This form needs to be filled out in the clinic, OR can be found in the Forms tab at the top of the page to be downloaded and printed, or filled out and emailed to revive@rmtvancouvermassage.ca
If you would like to change/cancel your appointment, click the Online Booking tab at the top of the webpage. Click Log In at the top right of the Booking page; all your upcoming appointments are listed, and you can cancel the appointment there (NOTE: in order to cancel online, it must be MORE than 24hrs in advance of the appointment time, otherwise the system will not allow the cancellation)
There is a new option to change your password to something you create. When you sign in, it will prompt you to create a Username and Password. This is something you can create (and more easily remember).
*If you are a New Patient, or you haven't been into the clinic since I moved to the Granville location, the system will only allow you to book ONE appointment. If you require more bookings, please email with your requested dates/times and they will be booked for you. *
